The perfect combination of expertise and experience, Tamara is an ACE Certified Health Coach, ACSM Certified Group Exercise Instructor, and 10-Year, 100-pound weight loss success story. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. from the University of Florida.

Coach Tam maintains her goal weight through daily mindset management, regular exercise, and proper nutrition. She uses this same strategy to help her clients reach their goals.
